SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are sent via USPS. We offer free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on orders of $250 or more. For orders under $250, shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout. USPS Ground Advantage shipping within the United States takes up to 2 - 5 business days (this may vary for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, and offshore destinations) from ship date.

MADE-TO-ORDER

Our jewelry is crafted in small batches, imbued with love and attention to detail. As a new business committed to crafting bespoke products for individual sororities, maintaining stock of every item within each collection is impractical. Thus, our jewelry is made-to-order, meticulously handcrafting your selected piece of jewelry from inception. This bespoke process typically requires 2-4 weeks to complete.

Hence, in our attempt to ship orders as quickly as possible, orders cannot be edited or cancelled once submitted.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Get it sooner! Here are two ways to accelerate your order:

Option 1: Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail)

- Takes 1-3 business days

Option 2: Express Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express)

- Rate calculated at checkout

- Takes 1 business day

- 1-day shipping orders need to be placed by 2PM EST to ship the same day

Choosing expedited shipping does not guarantee faster production, only a faster arrival. However, we will try our best to ship your item(s) as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

- Currently, we only ship to Canada via USPS or DHL. As a startup it is not at present a common practice, however, we are willing to accommodate certain orders. Please Contact Us for other international markets.

How can I track my order?

Once you’ve placed an order with us, we’ll send you your tracking info via email. Note that this can take up to five business days.

Still haven’t received your tracking info?
