Return and Exchange Policy

If your experience with Casa Mito falls short of your expectations, we're here to make it right. We offer a full refund within 30 days of shipment and extend the option of store credit up to 45 days post-shipment. To qualify for a complete refund, ensure the item is in its original condition. Click HERE to begin the return process and receive a prepaid return label.

For exchanges, also click HERE to initiate the return process and receive a prepaid label. Please treat the new item as a separate order. Kindly note that complimentary returns are applicable only to orders within the U.S.

Please note that if you are returning multiple orders, each order will need to be returned in a separate box, using the unique label assigned for that order. This will ensure that the returns are processed correctly and timely!

Please take care in packing your Casa Mito merchandise for return. We cannot be responsible for any Casa Mito items that are damaged when being returned to our facility.

Upon meeting the stated conditions, a complete refund (excluding shipping expenses) will be processed to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe. Please be aware that there may be a processing period before the refund appears in your account. If you haven't received your refund within the expected time frame, kindly reach out to us at concierge@casamito.com for further assistance.

Damages and Defective Product Policy

We offer a 14 day guarantee for damaged items. If the product you ordered is damaged upon receipt, please report it to us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return for a full refund.
